Our commitment
Accessibility at Harpoon
We want the Harpoon website and performance-analysis workflows to be usable by as many people as possible. We include accessibility in design, implementation, and testing, and we treat barriers reported by customers as product defects.
What we support
- Keyboard access to navigation, forms, dialogs, selectors, and core analysis workflows.
- Semantic landmarks, headings, control names, and live announcements for important outcomes.
- Visible focus indicators, text zoom, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion preferences.
Known limitations
We are still reviewing complex, data-dense reports and visualizations with a wider range of assistive technologies. Authentication and billing can also hand off to third-party services whose interfaces we do not control. We do not currently claim conformance with a particular accessibility standard.
Tell us about a barrier
If something prevents you from using Harpoon, tell us what you were trying to do, the page you were on, and any assistive technology involved. We will use those details to investigate.
