Annual billing is roughly 20% off ($374/yr Patrol, $1238/yr Fleet). Analyzing an uploaded capture is free on every plan — and even without an account.

Seats are managed from Settings — inviting teammates, roles, and what counts against the cap are covered in Team & workspace.

The Billing tab in Settings is the live source of truth for what your organization currently has — this table describes the standard plans.

Trials & managing your subscription#

Paid plans start with a 14-day trial (card up front; cancel before it ends and you pay nothing). Checkout and the customer portal are Stripe-hosted — Harpoon never sees your card number. Upgrades, downgrades, invoices, and cancellation all live in the portal, reachable from Settings → Billing.

What happens at a plan limit#

Nothing fails silently. An action your plan doesn't cover answers with a 402 PLAN_LIMIT, which the app renders as an upgrade prompt telling you exactly which plan unlocks it. On the free plan, only your three most recent analyses are shown — older ones are set aside (their share links stop resolving too). Upgrading to a paid plan restores every set-aside run, with its findings and trends intact — nothing about a run is lost by being set aside (the raw capture is already long gone by then; it's deleted the moment a run is analyzed).
